Bloody Sherry


200 g of tomato liqueur
75 g Manzanilla
Pinch of pepper
A drop of Lea & Perrins
A drop of kimchee
Pinch of salt
100 g ice
A sprig of celery


The classic Bloody Mary in its Sherry Wine version.

Mix all the ingredients, including the ice, in a shaker and shake well.

Serve in a tall or low round glass and garnish with the sprig of celery.
