Sanlúcar de Barrameda
Avante Claro, located directly opposite the Doñana nature reserve with unbeatable views, is dedicated to innovative traditional cuisine. It mixes the flavour of Sanlúcar’s gastronomy with the freshness of the sea paired with different local wines, of which they have an extensive wine list: they have thirty-four Manzanilla wines alone. The speciality of the place is its grilled rock fish with baked potatoes. In addition, in recent years they have been introducing specialities such as almadraba-caught red tuna from Barbate and some dishes with more creative touches.
